Thank you for your understanding! • Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made after this window will result in a $15 non-refundable fee. • Late Arrival Policy: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the $15 fee will still apply. • Guest Policy: I work from my home, so to maintain a peaceful environment, no additional guests are allowed unless we’ve discussed it beforehand. • Arrival Instructions: When you arrive, please text me, and I’ll open the garage for you.
